Very well written fantasy...liked it very much indeed. The story was complex enough to be interesting & keep you guessing but not so complex as to totally confuse which is something that can often happen, (especially as my memory & attention span are not the best!) I felt great empathy for the main characters & was cleverly drawn into their colourful, magical world & lives- all was so well described that I could see it in my mind ...........I think all ages would enjoy this book.Great Stuff... look forward to the next
